And, despite my carnivorous tendencies, I respect a good (albeit junky) Morningstar farms snausage myself.

Been too busy to make no-knead bread — although it’s coming. I have a copy of Artisan Bread in 5min/day sitting on the counter, just waiting to be cracked open. And now you have me craving things awrapped in pretzel dough… evil woman!

Love the wine pairing advice… cuz if you’re gonna do it up, might as well do it right. We just had a fine Barbera with dinner the other night — eggplant lasagnette — and Lucy is right on about the wine cutting the fat. Really superb. And when I get time, I might even blog about it :)

Good luck with all things Nuptual!

I do appreciate the gourmet version of street food, and think you did a fine job. You’ve got me thinking about pretzels and I can’t remember the last time I thought about pretzels!

I unashamedly enjoy a tofu dog on rare occasions, and have been known to call what I make with them ‘weiner-ritos.’ As in, they get wrapped in a tortilla, so they’re kind of like burritos.

It happens to be my favourite. I make cheese and it’s one that I make and since I know you make cheese too I’m happy to tell you what I know, just email. The post is fun and you really never should say sorry for your food.

I’d say “congratulations!” but since I don’t believe a formal marriage ceremony is necessary, congratulations seem unnecessary as well. Two people commit to living in a loving relationship. That’s the nut. The formal ceremony is the shell. So have a happy life together. I think you already have been having that anyway.

You’re just on German time. Life happens and blogging happens in the meantime, I say. I’m glad to have the punch line though. I’m not vegetarian (no such thing in this country) so forgive me if I have it with the real thing instead.
