So good to “see” you. I laughed at your choice of recipe. In our family we call this “Pancake Non Pareil” because, I think, that’s how Craig Claiborne described David Eyre’s pancake w-a-a-a-y back in 1966 in his NYT column. It is, I believe, the second most popular recipe the NYT has printed! We serve ours with Canadian Dark Maple Syrup.

I’m thinking about picking it up. I had my eye on the thyme garlic roasted chicken with crispy croutons. There’s also some appetizing lamb recipes in the book.
